I reached out to Burton last year anticipating a divorce and having to find my own insurance he was helpful but could not help me at that time and pointed me in the right direction. He reached out to me this past week, to see if he could help me with transition to new insurance during the plan selection period. His call could not have come at a better time as I was unhappy with the HMO I had selected through Florida blue. I did not feel I needed a primary care physician as I’m under the care of a specialist who monitors my health regularly. Berton and I talked And he help me choose a better plan that really suits my needs. A+
