I found it very helpful for understanding the choices I needed to make for Medicare, so I made a phone appointment with Jonathan to discuss signing up for a gap “Plan G” and a Medicare drug “Plan D”. He was very helpful to talk with about my choices….and…VERY patient with all of my many questions!! Unfortunately, I discovered through a past experience, that some agents only allot you 30 minutes and then they’re trying to get you to “seal the deal” so to speak and get you off the phone.… not Jonathan though!
